About Us
The Insideout Studio is an architectural practice based out of Bengaluru, India; Founded by a young and ambitious architect couple, having about 3+ years of experience in the field of Architecture. We have both successfully completed our architectural degree and are Distinction holders in B.Arch under Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU).
In our short stint of 3 years, we as a team have successfully undertaken, designed and executed various genres of projects ranging from Residences, Interiors, Apartments to Educational Institutions as well.
Process
We started this practice with the primary intention of catering to every client’s taste, demand and requirements. We believe that good design is something that has to be catered to every strata of our society, and architecture is something that not just impacts the overall outcome of a project, but impacts the end user of the space on a more personal level.
Everything from the layout of the space to the materials and finishes can contribute towards the end user’s lifestyle, mood, and productivity. Our motto is to head towards every direction green, and bring in the elements of nature into our designs thereby blurring the otherwise defined line of Outdoors and Indoors. We wish to cherish and bring in the long last green charms of our city Bengaluru through our works.

Consult
We first meet the client and understand their requirements and design a programme to cater to their needs.

Design
Upon formulating the programme for the project, we come up with various possibilities to best suit the client’s interest and we present our proposal to them. Upon approval we take the project forward to site.

Discuss
Once work commences on site , we ensure that the drawings issued by us is being followed on site which involves coordinating with various teams related to construction – contractors, consultants, engineers, vendors and the like.

Handover
We meticulously ensure that the work has been done to satisfy our standards and also the interests of the client.
Team
Venkat is a graduate from TOSA ( The Oxford School of Architecture ). He has interned and worked with some of the most prominent and recognized practices of the country, where he was invloved in projects ranging from residences, educational institiutions, commercial projects, master planning of projects, and the like. He is very involved on site, and believes that design and design related queries/issues have to be addressed at the drawing level itself , but making the contarctors/ labor understand drawings and details better is to be done at the site level. Communication is key - and solving issues at site by coordinationg with the contractor/labor ensures smooth running of a project.
Kavya - upon completion of architecture from BMS College of Engineering, has interned with one of the leading architectural practices in the city, where she was involved in complete handling of projects, from the ground up to complete execution of projects. She went on to later join a prominent Interior design firm as an architect, which exposed her to various hospiatlity and residential interior projects, that gave her a knack towards interior design and detailing.
Collectively, they bring together their knowledge and experience to form THE INSIDEOUT STUDIO, where they spearhead projects catering to a diverse clientele.
